There is a 500sqft minimum purchase when ordering sod, however, you can add additional 100sqft rolls to meet larger needs,

for example; an order of One Pallet (500sqft) and One Additional Roll (100sqft) will total 600sqft of grass.

You will have the option of adding 100sqft rolls after adding a pallet to your cart.

Additionally you can add an installation service if you are in the DMV area, and we will reach out to you as we quote that separately.
